this is a great podcast and Tim is very helpful. I wish I'd had access to his newspaper columns years ago as i have learned so much. But im happy i discovered his podcasts! He is wiling to answer listener questions with all kinds of home improvement issues and is very educated and experienced in construction and home repairs. Thanks, Tim!
