I have subscribed to this since the beginning, and there were some mediocre episodes recently (and a lack of episodes to compound that), but on the whole I find that these episodes are excellent. The listener questions are funny, and Hogg has a great perspective. Download a couple that sound like Star Wars and give them a shot. You'll like them.

Star Wars meets Shawn Hannity meets the Muppets. Clever, decent production and, hey, free. Definately worth 5 minutes of your day!

As a diehard Star Wars fan I was impressed with how they keep this connected to Star Wars and with the extremely good voice acting. True, it's just a sock puppet but it's done in a way that makes it hard to not enjoy. It doesn't hurt that people ask some very silly questions! Definitely worth checking out if you like Star Wars spoofs.

This is incredibly stupid but SOOO funny!!! I donwnloaded one episode just to see, and I laughed so much that I downloaded the rest. "Death Star Design Flaws" is the best episode.

I cannot speak highly enough about this podcast! It´s is a really innovative, extremely funny and entertaining. Emperor Palpatine (a sock with a cape - fantastic!) shares thoughts on Vader, Death Star design flaws, Jedi tricks and the lack of sympathy of the people for him, all this rounded up by him singing/humming the well known Star Wars themes. People: get these episodes, it´s pure fun! Most people without any knowledge of Star Wars will probably experience only half the fun though...

But he has more answers than a magic 8-ball, let's not overlook that. And he has more chance of being right than a ouija board. And if you catch him off guard he can be unintentionally funny. Watched the 1st 4 episodes then deleted the podcast. Not funny at all. I did not even smile. The ask a Ninja formula is not working here.

The episodes are entertaining; due to the cracks of dry humor and persona given to Palpatine I find myself chuckling over the espisode. Syncs the movements of the "mouth" nicely considering the prop used. If you're an individual who is not caught in the digital or special effects "must" of this age; an individual who can appreciate a Low Budget Film...even perhaps a no budget film, an individual who can accept something for what it is, and not what it could be, and ofcourse if you enjoy parodys, you will enjoy this Podcast. Overall, Job well done; Keep'em coming. B for performance, B for entertainment factor.

This sorta reminds me of "Ask a Ninja". "Ask a Ninja" was loads funnier than this, but of course it was also twice as long and therefore the guy could cover a lot more material in each episode. Someone said this reminded them of Robot Chicken. Let me tell you; There is nothing like Robot Chicken; it just not possible! Nevertheless, I rate this upwardly because of the nature of the material...

each epsiode has about two funny parts and the rest is stupid. watch the first episode and you've experienced ask paplpatine.

I think this is funny and it does remind me of robot chicken... and hey, it's free, so why not get it?

Watching this podcast was a waste of precious life. It's highly uncreative, unoriginal, and unentertaining. All it consists of is a grumbly-voiced sock trying to do stand-up. Your time is better spent training ants or collecting cans from a dumpster.
