Meet Susan! Susan is a beloved member of our Inner Circle Community. She is a maker, healer, intuitive and overall badass. She makes crystal and macrame wall hangings, earrings, decor and more! She infuses each piece she makes with Reiki before it finds a home. She also does oracle card readings, reiki sessions and is adding human design readings to her lineup!
The biggest struggle for Susan in business is IMPOSTER SYNDROME. Relatable right? She finds safety in learning and can often feel like she isn’t quite ready to actually put the offer out there or take money for it. She feels like she needs to “learn more” before she’s “ready.”
In this episode, we discuss:
👉 Juggling your business and a day job
👉 Imposter syndrome and how to overcome it
👉 Breaking free of comparing yourself to others
👉 How your path in business is unique to YOU

Meet Kelsey Weaver, Author, Mental Health Advocate & beloved member of the Inner Circle.
While going through nursing school, Kelsey worked in a hospital before having her two children when she decided to quit nursing and stay home with her kids. Even though she didn’t have a plan, she had a “pull” to start her own business. She wanted to contribute to her family and do something she was passionate about.
She opened her clothing line called Free to Feel, a merchandise line with pro-mental health slogans! However, she recently closed this part of her business to turn her attention to her other passions; writing and helping others! Kelsey’s story is so inspirational and one that many can relate to!
In this episode, we discuss:
👉 Finding yourself again in motherhood.
👉 How Kelsey’s business helped her to create an identity outside of her family.
👉 Surrounding yourself with the right community is EVERYTHING.
👉 Trusting in your gut and honoring yourself
👉 Understanding that “failing” is a part of growth.

This week’s episode is talking about one of the most common mental blocks I see being in the entrepreneurial space. We often think that since we decided to make this decision and work for ourselves that we then have to take on everything that comes our way. And this is absolutely not the case. You rarely hear successful business owners state that they got where they are 100% on their own. In order to grow, we need to find the right support for our business.
In this episode we discuss:
👉 Separating the idea that self-employment from doing it all.
👉 Your hyper independence is blocking your success.
👉 Letting go of the fear of asking questions.
👉 Understanding the value of community.

In today’s episode, I talk to another member of our Inner Circle Community, Jamie Bower. Jamie is an aspiring entrepreneur who is looking to take her 10+ years of experience in corporate America to the solo entrepreneur. She has a law degree, previously owned an insurance company and has been working in technology sales so she brings a wealth of knowledge to our community that we are beyond grateful for.
Jamie is the perfect example of not staying “stuck” because you don’t have it all figured out. She knew what she wanted to eventually work for herself so she stepped out of her comfortzone and has begun that process. Without a firm, 100% ready plan of action!
In this episode we discuss:
👉 Finding your community.
👉 Giving yourself permission to not have it all figured out.
👉 Allowing yourself to be raw and put yourself out there.
👉 Investing in your success - Ridding yourself of the money gremlins.

On this week’s episode I talk about something a little controversial - consistency. Spoiler alert: it’s not the key to success. Despite what we’ve all been told about being consistent in our biz, trying to make consistency a priority will actually just burn you out. Join me as I talk about how to get away from the consistency gremlins and learn to work with the flow of your energy.
In this episode we discuss:
👉 What does consistency really mean?
👉 Prioritize putting out quality content over quantity.
👉 How consistency prevents you and your biz from growing.
👉 Learning to move with the flow of your energy.

We all have those gremlins telling us that our biz isn’t good enough.. comparing ourselves and our businesses to others. No matter what we achieve, we never feel like it’s good enough. But success isn’t the same for everybody. Your version of success is going to be completely different than my version of success. So what is it for you?
Is it a power suit, high heels and a corner office? Or is it the freedom to set your own hours and the ability to do what you love? On this week’s episode learn how important it is to know what success really looks like for you.
In this episode we discuss:
👉 Success isn’t universal, everyone’s definition is different.
👉 Find out what success means to you
👉 How to avoid striving for other people’s goals or ideas of success
👉 Profit does not necessarily equal success!
