Lately I have been wanting to become more of a spiritual leader in my community, but I have been struggling with what exactly that means. Do I have to go through an initiation? Are my leadership skills invalid if I don’t initiate? What responsibilities will I be taking on if I do recognize myself as a leader? Additionally, I hear terms like High priestess, and Shaman, and I wonder what those positions require specifically.
