On April 6th, just a couple of days ago, the world celebrated the first International Asexuality Day. This is a day of advocacy, celebration, education, and solidarity for those who fall under the ace umbrella. Whether you haven’t heard of asexuality or you are asexual yourself, it is important to understand what asexuality is, the discrimination the ace community faces, and our history.
