Excellent podcast
I love finding a great new podcast. As a true multi-tasker, I enjoy the idea of growing myself physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally all at the same time. Brig and Ryan discuss this concept with their guests. They do a great job drawing out and discussing experiences and situations which show how and why to implement improved physical and spiritual growth. Fabulous.

Thoughtful and entertaining.
I enjoy Brig and Ryan’s thoughtful approach to finding exceptional in the ordinary. Both these guys are intelligent, deliberate and embody the true spirit of being well rounded spiritually and physically. I look forward to many episodes to come as they talk with relatable and inspiring folks. To the moon gents!

Inspiring on multiple levels
First 2 episodes of the podcast are solid and I expect Brig and Ryan will expand their repertoire moving forward. Their style is relaxed yet focused on progress in spiritual and athletic goals in a real-world context. I listened while running and found myself shaving :30 off each mile plus I gave my wife a huge hug at home and she said “wow what podcast were you listening to you, you seem so dialed today!” Anyway give this podcast a listen if you want to explore how the dopamine hit of adventure plays into spiritual life.
