In the current “always switched on” lifestyles, boundaries become blurred, causing stress anxiety and performance related issues. Being able to set good healthy boundaries are the foundation of creating respect in the workplace, as well as having healthy relationships and increased self-worth. Being able to manage the blurring of boundaries will also prevent exhaustion and avoid presentee-ism in the workplace.
