Moving on.  Leaving the past.  Detaching from what was.  This can be truly difficult.  So, I share my experience.  Maybe we can get to see and acknowledge some things.  Perhaps we can find the courage in us, the one buried deeply, in order to build a better life and move on from sorrow.
