You want to be happy, healthy, and live a good life. You want to matter. But life can be a messy business. People, events, circumstances (and your own mind) get in the way. Sometimes these are just annoying. Other times they shake you to the core. At some point, everyone has to deal with issues, barriers, problems, obstacles, emergencies, and catastrophes. To build a good life and make it through life’s tough times, you need knowledge, skills, abilities. You need thinking tools. You need life navigation tools. Welcome to As We Get Older. We help men find, learn and use life navigation tools that will help them have a better now and build a better future.

He chose the latter.  Today we talk about motivation and how to keep going and stay positive about life even when it's really tough.
