Today we’re going to talk about Art, specifically what it is, what it means, and how to find your inner Artist. I hear people say, all the time, that they can’t even draw a stick figure correctly and therefore they have no artistic talent. Although I can appreciate the humor in statements like that, I couldn’t disagree more with it. “Artist” is only a title that is held by those who actively practice the skill of art, and because of that practice they hold certain skills of their craft. Possessing artistic talent on the other hand, that is something that God has instilled in each of us after being created in His own image. Hi There, and welcome to Art From Every Angle! I’m Daniel Duncan, owner and lead artist at Duncan Studios in Boyne City, Michigan, and I will be your host.
