Back in 2007 The New York Post dropped a BOMBSHELL story that highlighted the fact that the FBI was investigating an NBA referee for betting on games he was officiating and passing that information to a book working for the the Gambino crime family...and it ROCKED the NBA to it's core.....or did it? This should have shed light on the crooked officiating happing in the NBA up until that point but David Stern and his team were able to deflect this investigation and make Donaghy into a "ROUGUE" actor . Donaghy would later put in a statement that the league would INTENTIONALLY influence the outcome of games and show favoritism to extend playoff series to generate more revenue for the league.....so who's the real bad guy here? Time has been a mutha .. .for both Art and Myself this past week so we're going to keep things more entertaining this week as we hit you with a classic movie review.    We've done this time of thing before in the past with classic albums and  have done movie reviews for films that were in theaters (as of the recording of those episodes). But, we've NEVER sat down and reviewed a classic movie that's been out for a few years already.    We decided to review "Parasite", a South Korean film by director Bong Joon-ho that won the 2019 Palm D'or at Cannes and the Academy Award for Best Picture at the 92nd Academy Awards. It is a story about 2 families who are in different economic classes who are using the other to fill in what they are missing in their lives....I mean really it's about way more than that but on the surface , to quote Joon-ho, it's a "FAMILY MOVIE"...   Art had never seen it and Jacob was CURIOUS to see if he stayed on brand and HATED it . But you'd be surprised by his response.
