Wellness, health, active lifestyle – whatever you want to call it, is never linear. There's so much information, misconceptions and "rules" out there now days that it can be extremely overwhelming.
In this episode I hope to give encouragement and hope for those who want to get started but think it has to look or be perfect, it doesn't.
