Welcome to Season 2!  Covid threw quite a few of us out of our normal routine and pattern.  Unfortunately, it meant Season 1 was cut short as Kim and Zach had to work in two places at once.  2021 is a new year though and we are ready to get moving onto new and adventurous topics of mental health.  Join us this week in an entry episode to meet one of our new hosts for this season, Kat!
