Our world has changed immensely in the last few weeks and amid the upheaval and distress, interruptions in regular learning schedules in colleges have been an inevitable one. Students and teachers are constantly exploring and adopting new ways to connect, wet labs researches have drifted to in-silico approaches, semester's schedules, projects, exams have all subdued. It seems like Michael Michalko's fascinating idea of "assumption reversal" has come true. The core notions and paragons are turned on their head, there is a reversal provoked by the COVID-19 that have turned out our world upside down. There are so many things we are uncertain about, reasons to be apprehensive, but also reasons and ways to believe we can emerge from it in unprecedented ways. Come and be a part of the webinar on "The Upsidedown World - The Changed Paragon of Education and Research" where we try to learn and understand what the eminent institutes in pharma are doing and discuss ways in which students can foresee what to do in there academic and professional fronts, to keep up now and after the COVID 19!
