Greetings, Moon Minnjas!! What a fun episode we have for you today!!
We have a special guest join us today! Jason, our CFO, joins Jessie for an in-depth, one-on-one conversation traversing Shakespeare's
The Merchant in Venice! Jason played Gratiano, a friend to Bassanio, he is Shylock's most vocal and insulting critic during the trial.
They talked about how Shakespeare, as a playwright, allowed just enough structure into his features to allow for true creative flow for the actors participating in his plays. Also, one of the many reasons why his work is still produced over 500 years after it was written. Jess and Jason dig into why The Merchant of Venice is such a great play with strong female characters. Also, why blind revenge will blind you to a favorable outcome!
This conversation was a great lead-in to an exciting chat between Mary and Jessie, 'two strong female entrepreneurs,' speaking all about becoming merchants at The Chesterton European Market, in Chesterton, IN, this coming season. We chat about the lovely items we are creating, we give you a sneak-peak into what we are making, and how we are feeling getting ready for our new endeavor, The Chesterton European Market. The market is a great stop for tourists visiting the Indiana Dunes this summer. We hope to see you if you can make it out to enjoy the artisanal delights this beautiful beach town has to offer!!

Happy New Moon, Minnjas!! We had so much fun chatting in this episode today!! We discussed our growing business and all the beautiful things on the horizon for Apostrophe Soul.
We recorded this episode on the New Moon in Taurus. So, we got to dig into what this particular lunation was all about through the Taurus lens.
This month we are celebrating playwright, poet, actor, and artist, William Shakespeare. So, we discussed more about his life and his use of astrological references within his works and the importance of this guidance system throughout the Elizabethan Renaissance. The Globe Theatre regularly runs Shakespearian performances. If you are in the London area, you can experience Shakepeare's plays in a truly unique and magical way." Under the stars, with performances beginning at 11:59pm. If you are not in London, they offer live streams of certain performances, and you can rent or buy past performances to enjoy in the comfort of your own home!
They have a podcast too!! It is called Such Stuff and it will be sure to delight!

Welcome back to another episode of Apostrophe Soul Radio, Minnjas!! And Happy Earth Day!! We were very excited to discuss our topic in today's episode. We sort of organically landed on the subject, as Jess and I were going about life. She was working on a pretty big project for a local theater and it inspired thoughtful insight for both of us.
The big takeaway, you create your legacy by the goals you set for yourself. Life takes practice. Just giving yourself grace and understanding your own pace, as you live every day, helps your mindset. Thus, allowing you to have more energy and the ability to know your "why." Radical acceptance, releasing, and resting are key points we cover in this episode.
We had so much fun recording on the spot when the moment struck, in the theater, where Jessie was painting the mural she was commissioned for.
We introduce our Magic Minnja To Watch for April!! Our friend, Lauren, of Celestial Curves

In honor of April being the month the idea for Apostrophe Soul was birthed, we thought it would be fitting to rebroadcast this beautiful favorite episode. It originally aired September 9th. Enjoy!
Welcome, moon minnjas! This week, we celebrate the official launch of our Etsy shop, Apostrophe Soul! In this episode, we dive deep into discussion about support, worthiness, transition, empowerment, and understanding your own process. We also explore topics surrounding the nature of work and forging your own unique path towards achieving goals. The history of photography (specifically, photogravures) captures our interest, and the sunset crystal carnelian makes an appearance to help us tap into our inner strength. Papa Merlin answers our listeners' questions.

In this week's episode, we have something brand new we are introducing to you, our beautiful Moon Minnjas! We have the first official guest on our show this week. Our friend, Sydney Campell is a wellness & business coach helping women get paid to do what they love and share their gifts with the world. She is the first in a new series we are calling MAGIC MINNJAS TO WATCH!
She has built an amazing community of like-minded people working towards their personal growth. Her consistent commitment and vulnerability are truly inspiring and motivating. We had the best conversation going deep into her personal story and how she came to her own understanding of the moment everything changed for her and how and why she has created her beautiful, growing business. We chatted about what her daily spiritual practice looks like and what brings her the most joy. Acknowledging the importance of mental health and working through those times of insecurity, intuitively knowing how to guide others through staying connected to what she needs on a soul-level. Knowing that rest is essential to help keep hustle and burn-out at bay. And that proving yourself is something we all deal with.

This week on the show we had some fun! For a bit of a twist, Mary interviews, business partner and travel lover, Jessie, on her favorite destinations and tips for traveling near and far. We find out where she is planning to travel to in the future. We learn how accessible local travel really can be to all of us. That you don't have to go very far to ignite your imagination and get in touch with your own personal connection to the world we call home. Jessie's favorite saying, "travel really begins in the imagination." She reminds us of the important things to remember when planning a backpacking trip to Europe. And Jessie goes deep on helping us to see how we can cultivate our own curiosity through exploration and travel.
Enjoy this episode, Moon Minnjas! Have fun planning your next adventure!!
