Pete runs Conflict News Analysis, an IG account that compiles global news footage about various events around the world that we do not get to see on our news platforms. Pete is also brown belt in BJJ. The conversation happened on Hetal's back porch which added to the ambiance with cricket and kid noises. Of course...aliens came up again...

We haven't recorded in a couple weeks. Hetal has been in Mexico and Stevie was helping people party during the Masters tournament. The guys caught up after a busy week.

Yoga is very good for you and has become very cool. Amanda is a yogi that has taught and practiced internationally; she explained to Stevie and Hetal how yoga helps not only physical but also mental health. It was a relaxed conversation that ultimately will end up leading to both guys taking one of her classes soon!

Hetal and Stevie spent time with Andy Colbert from The Mason Jars. Andy had heard a recent episode about diet and nutrition on the podcast. He wanted to discuss his journey going from junk food and alcohol to what he eats daily now which sounds absolutely fantastic. He has invited the guys to eat with him sometime. The whole conversation took some odd turns as usual while The Mason Jars played in the background!
