Who is John Abbott? Only one of the most jacked musicians around.  John is the lead singer of the band Colorado Straightedge as well as the lead guitarist for the bands Flood The Tower & Atlas of the Dogs.  When he's not making music you can probably find him in the gym or researching some new supplement/vitamin.  Unlike the stereotypical "gym bro" this dude is an absolute brainiac.  Learned a lot from this podcast, hope you do too.
