There are things I know I can do for 48 hours straight if I let myself: eat, masturbate, watch Netflix, scroll, stay comfortable, and avoid everything that requires effort.

That’s the problem.

Comfort is easy to repeat.

Purpose is harder.

In this episode of Road to Victory, I’m confronting one of the biggest patterns in my life: unplanned time turns into self-sabotage.

When there’s dead space in my day, I don’t always fill it with something that moves me forward. Sometimes I fill it with food, porn, distraction, fantasy, and habits that give me relief without giving me a life.

That made me ask a harder question:

Am I struggling with weight because I lack discipline—or because I keep creating days with no structure and expecting willpower to save me?

We talk about planning your day to win, why comfort zones can quietly become prisons, and why you need something more meaningful than fried chicken, sex, masturbation, and Netflix to wake up excited about your own life.

We also get into confidence.

My brother Lance reminded me that I never needed alcohol to be the life of the party. The personality was already there.

So what else have I been giving credit to that was actually inside me the whole time?

Then we get into women, attraction, and what happens when you go from being open to almost any experience to becoming more intentional about what you actually want.

And once you identify what you’re genuinely attracted to, another question shows up:

“Do I believe I’m worthy of the thing I say I want?”

Finally, we talk about how the past can steal your presence.

You replay that old conversation where you should’ve spoken up.

You imagine what you should’ve said.

You rewrite the moment a hundred times.

And while you’re arguing with yesterday in your head, you miss the words you need today.

You cannot change the line you missed five years ago.

But you can stop missing the line happening right now.

This episode is about structure, discipline, self-worth, attraction, presence, and creating a life that gives you something bigger to live for than your easiest pleasures.
