Demons is discussed. In this sequel to The Da Vinci Code a bomb using anti-matter produced at the particle physics laboratory CERN is used to terrorize the Vatican. The lecture considers questions such as is an anti-matter bomb viable, how does it compare to conventional nuclear devices and can anti-matter be used as a source of electrical power? Examples of more peaceful real-world uses for anti-matter from within the fields of medicine and fundamental physics research are also explored.
