Adriana was born in Mexico City, but grew up in Venezuela, a place in which she was happy for 35 years.  Its climate, people, and the beauty of its land gave her the best years of my life.  After the very fast, sad, and depressing deterioration in Venezuela, Adriana decided to start a new life. She left Caracas at the age of 38 with four suitcases, her son, and her beautiful dog Cala, to return to Mexico City. Adriana journeyed into an unknown adventure, where she carried only her good attitude, faith, belief in herself, and her potential as a both a woman and a professional, combined with the desire for success as the main tool. Some members of her family did not agree with that decision, but the most important thing at the time was she believed in herself. Finally, she felt very fortunate in each and every one of the personal and professional experiences she has had in her life. Thanks to each one of them, Adriana has learned to be braver, stronger, persistent, optimistic, happy, and to fight tirelessly for her dreams. She wrote the book ‘When strong Women Speak Strong Women Listen’ hoping it inspires you in everything you do and set out in life

When Jeanie got into high school she decided she was not going to let someone else tell her how her future would go. She sought out the tools that helped her graduate high school then she went on to college. She was the first in her family to graduate from a four-year university. Jeanie used her learning patterns to help others become successful as well. She went on to become a high school teacher and helped many students find their true path in life. When a fellow teacher asked her to teach what she had learned about helping students, Jeanie designed courses to do just that. Jeanie then decided to take what she is teaching and make it available to a larger audience. One of her main courses is called Bully Proofing You: Taming the Bully Between Your Ears. Royce Morales arrived overflowing with burning questions about life that no one was able to answer adequately to appease her inquisitive mind.  So, she began a personal quest to discover her own answers.  Philosophical theories weren’t applicable in real life; religions generated more uncertainty, so she attended every personal development and spiritually based course she could find.
