Lauren started her career off as a chef among other things inside the wellness industry. Her personal healing journey led her to energy healing, with a successful coaching business utilizing Reiki, Mediumship and all the woo woo things. Years later her work has brought her all the way back to the beginning and she is now creating a cookbook, using her skills as a chef and holistic health coach with a magical twist. In this interview we talk about Lauren's experience coming back to her body, herself and how her experiences living outside of her body and dealing with addiction have helped her heal herself and help others along the way.
