Working through letting go of resentment and anger towards the body, and viewing sensitivity from a new lens. Being Psychic and communicating with Spirit is not just sensitive in the mind and energy, its a full body experience and this episode is about my difficult acceptance that maybe I'll never be "normal" and maybe that's actually a good thing and how I'm learning to accommodate my needs to heal my body.
