Rebirth🧝‍♀️🦢🧘‍♂️Dreaming of a World of our imagination/ checking in with the energy of our dreamlife

This meditation begins seated upwards 🪑 feet flat on the ground or whatever is most comfortable 🐲

We begin with some light movement and breathing exercises and some facial stretches too

Always say if it’s looks weird it feels good 😌

Then going into a guided visualization on the theme of imaginative creation of our dream life and what that energy would feel like, connecting with the version of ourselves that lives there, what do they have to share with you, to tell you, to show you? 💜💕🌹
