IN HER OWN WORDS🔆 I spent a great deal of my twenties avoiding any conversation that would give my age away. 🦋 . Why? 🦋 . Because the response I often received when people found out how old I was, was always “Dang! You look old” LOL and I did. My outward appearance was a reflection of what was going on inside me. I was unhappy. I was in turmoil. I was hurting. I had low-self esteem. I was unhealthy. 🦋 . Over the last few years, I have often been mistaken for being younger than I am which is still weird to me. There are days that I have to do a double take in the mirror at this beautiful, happy, energetic, and self-confident being I have become. 🦋 . True beauty is realizing your worth, accepting yourself, and believing that you are deserving of every good thing you desire. I didn’t change anything about my face, not even the products I use.
