Today's episode is a brief but sincere ode to Black men as a reminder that you're deserving of a space that allows you to be human. It's been on my heart and it stems from having a variety of heart-to-hearts with the men in my life. Family and Friends. Here's to hoping you all find the safe space you deserve and the time to fill it with all your humanness.
