Mammy, Sapphire, Jezebel, Welfare Queen, Hoe, THOT, B****, Superwoman A.K.A strong Black women? What do all these stereotypes and false narratives have in common? Definitions I don't claim and weren't written by me! Since others want to depict our livelihoods and write our stories, let's make sure the facts are correct, shall we? Let's discuss the truth about the origins of how these degrading themes have impacted our lives from 1619 to 2020. This is my story. This is our story. I define ME. Period.
