How to walk a lonely road alone
How do you handle being alone with your thoughts and feelings? Do you use distractions or just binge tv? Whatever you do, everyone has their own thing, but it really makes me wonder is it different for people in relationships? What I do know is that if you’ve been in your head for too long, you may have started to develop pessimistic thoughts, so a great way to counter that is with a challenge. So much of Season 2 involves tackling our biggest fears head on, so get ready to go on this journey with me to owning your destiny.
