Noam is great
Noam has great measured takes, regardless of politics. Jen’s “libertarian” cover is really just a lot of pretty mainstream progressive talking points, absent the standard “oppressor vs oppressed” repetition
Actual centrist
Great hidden gem of a political podcast
I listen to several center-left and center-right podcasts, but Noam and Jen are probably the best at boiling down an issue and getting to the heart of a news item. This podcast has become one of my absolute go-to’s for reasonable political commentary. Even though I’d love there to be a higher frequency, it’s probably a good thing that we only get one per week, since it gives both of them time to think about and digest an issue before talking about it. Thanks for your work, guys!

No
Can’t listen anymore. Jen not only sounds like a person who lives on social media, but one of the least intelligent people who lives entirely online.

Good 👍
Noam is one of the more under-appreciated modern intellects. Edit: Episode 142 (the post-election episode) was a pretty aggravating listen. The “If only Trump voters were more informed” argument from Jen was very lazy.

Here for Noam
That’s it.

More Noam less Jen
Love Noam. The insight to nonsense ratio very high and much appreciated. Wish I could say the same for his cohost.

Great podcast.
I like their versatility, smarts and humor. Wish it were more frequent.

Good idea poorly executed
The hosts don’t seem to put much thought into their discussion before they hit record. I’m sorry to say but Jen really only ever adds “uhhh yeah that’s just not ok!” And then some frustrated noises. Would appreciate a slightly deeper analysis.

Terrible
Just people complaining about things they saw online or rehashing an argument they had on Twitter.

Noam is great.
End of review.

Big fan
Really enjoy the show. Noam and Jen are experts in all topics on offer. I really appreciate their analysis. The impersonations are always very distracting and need to go.

That satisfaction of hearing exactly what you’ve been thinking and knowing you aren’t crazy for thinking it.
