Episode 6: Great Salt Lake in Utah!. The great salt lake is a lake that is full of salt. Unlike other lakes this lake does not have an outlet. The lake is spread approximately 1700 square miles. This lake contains sodium chloride, a type of salt. When people swim in the lake they float because the lake's high salinity makes the water extremely buoyant. The great Salt Lake obtains water from rivers, streams and precipitation. When water from rivers and streams flows into the lake, it is carrying small amounts of salt and minerals with it. Because this is a terminal lake, meaning no outlet, the only way the water can leave is through evaporation, leaving all the salt and minerals behind. Algae, brine shrimp, bacteria and brine flies live in the salt lakes. Brine shrimps have an exoskeleton that is why they are able to live in very salty water. They also have an organ that pumps salt out of their gills while they are feeding

Episode 1: Curiousness with Snow with the winter season. How is the snow formed? Snow forms when small ice crystals stick to form snowflakes. Snow occurs when water vapors in the air freeze before they can trun into water. If they get big enough, they fall. How the shape of a snowflake is like a star?
Water molecules that form ice crystals (snowflakes) are made from two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom. The molecules in ince crystals join to one another in a hexagonal structure, to form together in the most efficient way. All snowflakes contain six or tweleve sides or points that form the shape.
