This week on the All Things Food podcast host Nickie Hursthouse talks to Dr Julia Bone, a Registered Dietitian, Sport, and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR) Practitioner in the UK and an Advanced Sports Dietitian with Sports Dietitians Australia. 

Peruvian born and raised in Invercargill, Julia’s journey has seen her move countries a number of times and Julia has worked with senior and developing athletes across a number of different sports including hockey, athletics, tennis, basketball, and para-badminton.
