I am obsessed with this podcast. Rae has an amazing take on health, life and business. She encourages people to be their best selves and live their best lives. Rae does not take crap from anyone and does not accept what is normally accepted at face value. She practices what she preaches and had overcome alot. She is inspirational.

I love listening to these podcast!! Rae is so real. I mean, I feel like she just tells it like it is, and it’s ok to not agree 100% with everything, but she challenges you to be honest with yourself.

You are so relatable! I appreciate the real and the raw you provide!

Rae tells it like it is in a way only she could. She truly wants the best for every human that walks her path and doesn’t sugar coat anything. She’s got a way with words where she is totally unscripted, real, and raw while still sticking to her point. All The Things will make you think, question, and laugh. It feels like she is having a conversation with you and like you are one of her closest friends. If you’re looking to listen to something that won’t challenge your beliefs, this podcast isn’t for you. But, if you are looking to grow as a human, that’s what Rae is about. Her personal story is beyond inspiring, and, while she weaves her own life in, she really focuses on what YOU need to do to be a better well informed human. I promise when you’re done with your first episode, you’ll be hooked.

New to the podcast. Came across it by happy accident, and so glad I did. Have had Hashimoto’s for over a decade. Have gone through so many of the same roadblocks to find care. It is so affirming to hear your story and a much-needed wake up call for me to quit “surviving” and get back to the work I need to do to thrive.

Rae is extremely personable and has a strong ability to connect to her audience through words. Now more than ever, in the world of the pandemic, sometimes it can be nice to just take a break, sit back and relax and just listen to her words as they flow over you like the calm after a storm.

Don’t waste your time with this woman who gets her facts wrong and thinks “they” are out to get you. Who is “they?” Government, the healthcare system, social media, schools, etc. She is a know-nothing who poses as an expert in colonial history, medicine and Constitutional law. Don’t waste your time.

Listened to my first episode today and she is inspiring. All about change and bettering yourself. Thank you Rae!

There is a lot of unscientific, false information on the Body Positivity podcast. Rae does not appear to understand the body positivity movement.

Rae says it like it is. Each podcast hits a place that doesn’t just get my heart to tug but it gets my actions in motion. She’s truly someone who has taken her experiences in life and turned them into gems for all of us to learn from. Listen and implement what she says and you’ll thrive!
