Points of Light is a reference to the Book of Genesis: Survivors were then thrown into toil to survive, but some fortunately maintained the antediluvian knowledge to benefit a future generation, when a general awakening will once more occur 12 via A Thousand Points of Light.

I really like that the episodes are 30 mins or less (often less). They are just enough as long format interviews (podcast) can be tiresome. The host is well spoken and doesn’t talk over his guests. Have really enjoyed listening and would highly recommend a listen.

I thoroughly enjoy this podcast. I do wish that Sam would react or respond to what his guests are saying rather than to immediately read the next question on his list. That would make the conversation much less stilted. Also, I am aware of what he and his cousins called their grandparents, but it sounds ridiculous for a full-grown man to constantly say "my Gampy" or "my Ganny". Simply say "my grandfather" or "my grandmother". I would also enjoy hearing from more members of the Bush family. Heaven knows there are plenty.

Highly recommend this great podcast! The host Sam is a natural who deftly navigates a wide array of topics with amazing guests from all walks of life. Learn something new with every episode.

Stumbled across this podcast and I have to say...I’m hooked!

The stories you hear in this podcast are inspiring and heartwarming.

While I grew up during 41’s presidency I may not have been the age to understand and appreciate all he did during his time in the Oval Office and elsewhere. I have enjoyed learning about all he accomplished and achieved. I also think Sam does a terrific job getting out of his guests just what great people his grandparents were. What I am taking from this more than anything is that they were consistent and solid people whether sitting on their porch with you or sitting behind their desks at the White House.
