I recorded this when I got out of the shower this morning. It's not edited, I chose the wrong word sometimes, my phone dropped, I have long pauses, there's no intro, there's no outro, there's no CTA to buy my stuff it's just a recording I recorded on my voice note app on my phone.  I do that sometimes when I don't feel like journaling or taking notes.
