This week I’d like to discuss our life’s work, obtaining Empathy. We’ve discussed on many of our previous discussions how our intrinsic chemistry, driven by the underlying genetic code, creates what our minds interpret as feelings. These feelings are stored in the memory of our physical mind, with related memories associated to it, that can become ingrained into our psyche over time. The key to understanding this cycle and breaking free from those memories of feelings is to address them head on, and dilute the “relationships” that these memories use to associate with other memories within the mind.
