As we may be aware, our spiritual health pivots around the inter connectivity from the physical body, through our personal aura, to the spiritual realm. So, one must begin this discussion with the elephant in the room, what exactly is our aura? The aura is a projection of our soul, if you will. It communicates our emotional state, our spiritual beliefs, our ancestral ties, as well as our physical and mental health. The aura is controlled by a multitude of factors that we must be cognizant of whenever projecting our desires to the universe. The aura of each individual extends in every direction from there being, and seeks out other auras at which to interact with. Each aura is representation of the chemical/emotional state of the individual.
