Der Podcast ‹‹Ahteilneh›› widmet sich der Selbstbegegnung mit den inneren Anteilen. Pro Folge lernen die Zuhörenden einen Anteil kennen und erkunden im Gespräch die Licht- und Schattenseiten des Gegenübers.
Die Selbstbegegnung stützt sich auf unterschiedliche Vorgehensweisen von Kommunikationsforschenden, Therapeuten und Analytikern. Es ist eine Annäherung an die Landkarte des inneren Systems, welche nicht abschliessend ist.
Der Podcast entstand im Rahmen der Ausbildung intermediale Kunsttherapie an der Schule für Gestaltung Bern, Schweiz.
