New year, new me ! Who agrees with me? However, actually it does not have to be on new year to change, every day is a new chance to change. Embrace the new you!

Burnout means to need to take a break and go back to be mindful with what you do. Chill !

Sometimes, you just have to put the burdens behind and stop carry them. Life goes on and you gotta continue your life.

In this month, I have heard at least 4 suicides happened around the cities. I think, we need to do right. Supporting those who are mentally weak is the least that we can do. As simple as, Texting and making sure that they're good.
