Two fingers to the menopause. That thing just crept up on me. It made me ill and it seriously affected my confidence. I hid for about 8 months. I hardly went out and I hardly went on camera. We can't sit quiet and let the world pass us by. Yes, it stinks but it's part of life. Are you going to miss out on years of your life? Oh and I forgot I changed the name of the podcast hahahahaha.....that's what menopause does to you. We're now Agewell101. Sign up for the newsletter at http://www.agewell101.com

Great conversation with Otto Heutling of Fempowerment.Self defence is not just about learning to fight. It's great to know how to physically defend yourself, but what if you could also use your mind? Do you have the courage to turn and face the person who is following you? Do you hold yourself in a confident, self assured manner?Take and listen and let me know what you think. You can find Otter here

Can you design your relationship? This is just fascinating. There's me thinking that it needs to be love at first sight and Cathy tells me you can design your perfect relationship. What do you think? Tune in and let me know what you think. Delighted to have Cathy Garner on the show. Cathy coaches people to express their dreams and visions for their personal, professional and love lives. She draws new purpose through what she refers to as "Vision Portraits" etching the words of a person's values, dreams and visions into the lines and shadows of their face. It is quite incredible to see. I believe in Cinderella love hahaha. You can find Cathy here and here
