I’m going to share with you the importance of one major thing that you need to understand to become successful. You probably won’t enjoy it right away, but I promise you will thank me for it later. It’s all about embracing Delayed Gratification and the benefits that come from the practice. In this episode, we dive into the psychology behind it and my Top 3 reasons why it is important to apply. It's actually proven the chase to our goals is where most of the pleasure is devised. That’s why fantasizing about that hot date in advance and planning your outfits for the next vacation gives you such a rush - just think about it.&nbsp;
