I talk about something huge going on in my life right now. I also mention a little bit about the backlit picture frame I am trying to perfect.

In this episode I talk about my latest experience with developing black and white film, my first time printing 8x10 photos from my desktop printer on metallic paper, and I celebrate my discovery that Ad ventures in Monkey Braining has finally hit 10 episodes and can be found on 7 different platforms including Spotify....Woohoo!!!!

This episode starts off with me going home to Arizona. I make a stop and take a few photographs at a look out point in the mountains of San Diego. There was a bunch of fog or fog like smoke from near by fires in the valley with a few peaks in the distance. Then I ramble for about an hour on various thoughts and ideas related to photography, and cameras, and such. Then just before I enter the state of Arizona I stop on the freeway just before an exit called "Winterhaven Road" to take a fee pictures of a river winding back into a green pasture, leading to a water tower. This is just an update on how things have been going for me since my last episode. I talk briefly about taking an ancestry DNA test and my results. Then I talk about cameras and tripod I acquired. I briefly discuss what I learned about the Lab-Box during my first experience using it to develop slide film for the first Tim. I also give some tips I think would be helpful for someone else who is attempting to process slide film for the first time.

I talk about the Lab-Box I backed on Kickstarter delivered to my house and what I plan to develop in it first. In part 2, I talk about the first wedding I photographed and what I learned from the experience.

First I tell a short story about a moment I had to save my camera from impending danger. Then I talk about my camera Thrifting habits and mention a few of my friends. Then I talk briefly about the two of three venues I post pictures on the internet. I hope you enjoy listening. 😁
