Main Points 1. We cannot reject God and expect His continued blessings. 2. God will judge sin in His way and in His time. This sermon provides a verse-by-verse exposition of Hosea chapter nine, highlighting the severe consequences of Israel's persistent idolatry and spiritual adultery. The preacher explains how God withholds blessings and imposes exile as a just punishment for attributing prosperity to false gods rather than Him. Key themes include the futility of rejecting divine warnings and the certainty that God will judge sin according to His sovereign timing and justice. The message transitions from historical judgment to theological application, emphasizing that Christ has already borne the penalty for believers' sins. Finally, the sermon issues an urgent call to confession for believers and faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.
