Lets talk about how real ADHD is for a moment. Many people are diagnosed at an early age and many that get diagnosed later in life. ADHD isn't just 'well I forget my keys sometimes' or 'there are occasions where I can't recall what I did yesterday'. ADHD is something that is constantly happens to me. Its not an object its not someone talking to me, its all in my brain every minute of my life. It interrupts my work life, personally life, and family life. Listen to the things to the topics that I have touched on, does it sound familiar, doesn't seem average, do I sound like I am just making an excuse, or can you hear the distractions in my mind?

I have heard a lot about how people without ADHD think this diagnosis is basically "a joke", paraphrasing of course. I have lived with ADHD my entire life, the amount of work and hurdles we have to do to make it "seem" like we are normal are insane. I have been trying to find ways to improve the quality of my mind by targeting other mental issues, such as anxiety and anger, and it never seemed to keep my mind organized, calm, thoughtful and, productive. There are many other issues that I would go through and without knowing all of the medical terminology I will describe each with as much detail as possible through my experiences growing up. So stay awhile, get comfy, and I hope you at least enjoy the background music.
