Welcome to ad progressio [Latin: "in development"], a podcast that serves as a tool for self-reflection to improve self-awareness and personal growth. The host is Dalina Bajusz, a 23-year-old German-Vietnamese business student from Germany. Being a highly emotional and self-aware individual, Dalina always had a seeding desire to improve her inner self. This, however, did not always work out as well as she wanted to. Hence, this podcast was created to design an additional outlet and resource for self-help and personality development.
