Jon and I are both lame..... I guess in both uses of the word now that I think about it. Dealing with injuries comes with every physical endeavor and can slow or stop progress depending on your reaction. The best way to get back in there is to build a plan and stick to it. It's better to take it slow for a couple weeks than to stop completely for months. Enjoy
