What is a HSP?

Welcome Ace Tribe! I am a highly sensitive person and an empath. In this podcast we will discuss anxiety, self-care, self-love, boundaries, spirituality and much more. I will be sharing personal experiences and be completely raw with you all. Being a HSP is a blessing and a curse but together we can learn how to see it more as blessing than an inconvenience. HSP's experience life so intensely and we get emotionally burnt out easily if we do not do self-care. Join me on this journey so we can learn and grow together.
