A program on advocacy for high school students as they transition to higher education, work training, or employment. Will include speakers from CAPS – Stephanie Woods

Goal: Give students and parents what they need to know for a successful transition, what should be in an IEP transition plan, and what services VR can provide during high school. **

This session will provide about ten minutes to each speaker, with a question and answer session to follow. **
