This week we are talking about depression. This is a vulnerable conversation and one we feel is necessary to discuss in these times the world is facing. Anxiety and depression are rampant, not just amongst adults, but in children and teens. We hope this opens up the conversation in a safe and sacred space. Mental health is not taboo. It is real and it must be given priority in today's world.&nbsp;
