This podcast is a space where I review the five main topics of Veganism: Health, the environment, navigating social situations, what to eat, and animal welfare. My hope is that this podcast is a place for people to learn and becomes a catalyst for new choices. The information in this podcast is for education and entertainment purposes only. You should always speak to a health care provider about your own unique health care needs.
Ep. 01 - The One With Vegan Protein

It is time to reevaluate our enthusiasm for protein, take a look at the science that isn’t funded by our government or the meat, dairy, and eggs industries, and then decide if we want to continue to keep animal protein and protein in general up on the pedestal we currently have it on.
