This episode, Kelly, Chelsea, and Nate lend their ears to Lionel Richie's Can't Slow Down, an album that came out in 1983 and went Diamond (10x Platinum) in 1985 (assuming the Wiki chart is accurate)... which means it was the FIRST DIAMOND ALBUM. (If we were wrong, tweet at us!) We dig into the titular track, the awesome All Night Long, the soggy middle, the wondrous Running with the Night, and of course, Hello. Ho Ho Oh No! We're taking a critical look at the classic, 1964, Rankin / Bass film, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, which is widely acknowledged to be the First Holiday Special (becoming a recurring staple of Christmastime television), and the First Stopmotion / Claymation Holiday Special. Rudolph, Hermey, Santa, Donnor, Yukon Cornelius, misfit toys... BURL IVES! This flick is a trip!

Originally aired on PBS, An American Family is considered the First Reality Show ever.
