Another trip around the sun commences the end of this month and I've been reflecting on the last year. It hasn't been easy and I have been working through some heavy life events but I am so proud of the work I have done and the people who have stood by me.

A bit about my fitness journey where I am learning not to compare myself to others and working on processing the different emotions that come along. Its about teaching others and loving yourself.

Valentines love spreading into every day is a good idea. Learning to love yourself as deeply as you are loved brings healing to your soul that's worth more than gold.

Today's episode is a doozy, up-down and all-around Valentine's day to what we did this weekend. My thoughts coming in hot waiting for the kids to get home. Be on the lookout for those small moments, you know the warm and fuzzy ones. They are so special, the cherry on top.
